WE GATHER INFORMATION.
In this initial assessment session we will discuss your concerns and how occupational therapy will benefit
your child.
The OT assessment includes a one and a half hour, one on one session where clinical observations and standardized tests are conducted. These observations and the completed parent questionnaire will help us determine your child's strengths and weaknesses and areas of concern.

Service Description
This is a TWO part process. 1. WE GATHER INFORMATION. In this initial assessment session we will discuss your concerns and how occupational therapy will benefit your child. These observations and the completed parent questionnaire will help us determine your child's strengths and weaknesses and areas of concern. 2. PARENT CONSULTATIONS - MAKE AS A SEPARATE SERVICE BUTTON. This is an hour long parent session, where we will provide you with a document of our assessment findings, discuss and set out OT goals to help your child be the best they can be.
